If you notice a problem during the week that requires immediate attention for cleaning or repair, please contact Bob Foor, John Short, Ryan Chaloux, or Gary Lambert and inform us so we can address those items as quickly as possible.

The cost per campsite is $15 a night.  Most sites have electrical and water hookups.  Please check with Bob Foor for availability and to discuss any facility needs you may have.

There is a $5 per person registration fee.  If you have five people in your family, that would be $25 for your family.  This is non-refundable and is due at registration.

**For the first 100 people who register, your registration has already been paid for by a generous donation given from a couple who believe you should be here.  A very special 'Thank You!' to them.

Special Guest Speaker

Wednesday and Thursday Evening

Dr. Jay Ledbedder.jpg

                                                    Dr. Jay Ledbedder

We are both pleased and excited to have a very special guest with us at NEMI Sukkot.  For two days, we have the opportunity to welcome Dr. Jay Ledbedder, who will join us to give special presentations and mix and mingle with us during his stay.  We know that Yah is going to use him, and it will, in turn, really bless you!  If you can’t make it all week, make sure that you attend Wednesday and Thursday, October 8th and 9th for a real blessing.  Pray for him as he will be away from his congregation for those days.  We appreciate his being willing to spend a few days with us!  See you there!

      Staying Warm

Just a reminder for those who have been to the campground before, and essential information for those

coming for the first time, the campground does not have heat in any buildings. If you are staying in a cabin, please bring blankets and other things to keep warm.  We will be using portable propane heaters in the sanctuary.  We are asking as many as possible to bring an extra 20# tank of propane or make a cash donation to help with the heating costs, if you can (please put your name on your tank so you can take it home with you afterwards).  A big THANK YOU to all who can.

   For Community Meals Only.

Paper products and plastic cutlery will be provided for each meal.  For all other meals not listed, you

will be responsible for your own meals and items needed for them. The dining area will be available for use at other times (the kitchen will be closed for activities other than plugging in a crockpot), but those using it will be required to clean up after themselves.  If you have any other questions regarding the kitchen, please see Emily Chaloux for more details upon arrival.

Shalom Torah Community!

Listed below are the shared meals we have planned for Sukkot, along with the corresponding Google Sheets for sign-ups and kitchen helpers. This helps us to plan accordingly so we can all enjoy good food and fellowship during this feast.  Just a quick reminder, all foods are Kosher.

Monday, October 6th    Hotdogs, s'mores and cake   (TCF is providing this for your arrival)

Please Note:

* Any dates without a planned shared meal, we encourage you to connect with others for any meals you desire.

* If you are signing up for more than one dish/side, please only put the number of family members once to prevent any confusion.

* If there are not enough spaces for the food item you wish to bring, please feel free to add another row.

* If there is a dash (-) next to a food item, please specify which item, so that we don’t have 10 of the same casserole. If you don’t know yet what you want to bring in that category, simply put 'TBD' (to be determined) and fill in the details later.

* I am very open to any feedback, including suggestions and criticisms. Please don’t hesitate to notify me if you notice any errors or have suggestions.

May YHWH bless you and your families as you ready your pantries/freezers and hearts for meeting with Abba during this blessed appointed time! If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Shalom and Blessings,

Emily Chaloux (440)-714-7998

Cleaning Men's and Women's Bathrooms

We need several families or individuals to assist in helping keep our restrooms cleaned.  Thank you for being a part of serving YHWH in our time together.  Bob Foor will give each family or individual more information when you get her.

   Moedim & Camp Ground Rules

Campground

  • We are guests at the Free Methodist Camp Grounds.  We expect everyone to treat the property and facilities with the same respect and honor we would show to Yahshua. After all, it is His.

  • The campground is alcohol and tobacco-free.  We need to respect this policy. No alcoholic beverages and no smoking.

  • Please note that as you enter the campground, the speed limit is 5mph for the entrance.  Let's be respectful of the local community.

Moedim Rules

This is not a time to come and make your fellow brothers and sisters your mission field to convince them of your beliefs. This is a time to come together and rejoice despite our differences. We’re all growing at a different pace in our walk with the Father. It is of utmost importance to Torah Community Fellowship that we all respect that.

If:

  • you feel compelled to tell everyone your pronunciation of the Hebrew yod-hay-vav-hay is the correct pronunciation.

  • you feel compelled to tell everyone your understanding of the calendar is the only true one.

  • you feel compelled to tell everyone your understanding of the end times is the correct understanding.

  • you feel compelled to tell everyone your understanding of the scriptures is the only true inspired understanding.

  • you feel compelled to tell everyone your understanding of the makeup of the cosmos is the correct understanding.

    Maybe you ought not attend.

Information

  • We understand that providing meals for your family is difficult to bring all at one time and to store and keep your food.  We will provide directions to several marketplaces that are close by, where you can purchase food should you need to do so.

  • There are some wonderful hiking areas and scenic views that you might be interested in.  We'll also have information on those.
